Co founder Julie Quick grew up in East Kent and returned to Folkestone keen to set up her own business, having spent the last 10 years in London with search firm Odgers Berndtson and latterly Boyden.
With over 20 years’ expertise in recruiting senior leaders, Julie’s aim is simple, “I want to create a recruitment business that values relationships and collaboration as I've always loved connecting and collaborating with people.
I thrive on being creative and resourceful and it’s important to me to feel that I’ve made a contribution in finding the best fit for you as a candidate or your business as a client.
Julie has excellent knowledge of the consumer, retail, travel, leisure and hospitality sectors and has a successful track record across multiple functional areas at the Head of/Director and C-suite level. She was also keen to point out that the message is simple; an authentic and transparent process to help businesses evolve through finding great talent and hopefully building some great relationships along the way!
Established in April 2021, Halo Executive will be targeting both the UK and international executive markets. Business partner, Lorna Geens, said, “Julie’s message came just at the right time as I wanted to diversify and invest in a new company.
