The executive search firm won Recruitment Agency of the Year for 50–99 employees and Most Effective Back Office Team at the 2026 awards.

Forsyth Barnes has won two categories at the 2026 Recruiter Awards, recognising its recruitment business and the operations team supporting its growth.

The firm received Recruitment Agency of the Year for businesses with 50–99 employees and Most Effective Back Office Team at the ceremony at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London on 22 September.

“It’s testament to every single person at Forsyth Barnes. They’ve put in the hard work, embraced the changes we’ve made and, collectively, we’ve raised standards across the business.”

Training and operational support

According to the company’s announcement, judges highlighted its investment in learning and development. Forsyth Barnes says consultants’ time to first deal has fallen from 55 days to 30.6 days.

The business also reports 26 pay rises in six months and twice as many promotions in the first half of 2026 as in the same period of 2025. These are company-reported measures of its own workforce, rather than industry benchmarks.

Its FB360 back-office team was recognised for building processes and infrastructure ahead of expansion. The team’s work included supporting the Dubai office and integrating Imagine AI, a recruitment platform founded by Ahmad.

Four-office business

Founded in 2016 by Ahmad and Scott Parsons, Forsyth Barnes now has offices in London, Nottingham, New York and Dubai. It works across eTail, fintech, and sports and entertainment.

For agency leaders, the practical themes are training and operational preparation: the announcement links consultant development with the systems needed to support growth. It does not establish how much of the reported improvement was caused by any single initiative.
