Wild Recruitment’s Milton Keynes business has adopted the Berry Recruitment name, aligning the Newport Pagnell-based branch with neighbouring offices in the national group.
The branch, which opened more than 15 years ago, recruits for temporary, permanent and contract roles across office and professional, technical and industrial work. It is also moving into catering and hospitality recruitment.
A shared regional identity
Branch manager Clare Filsell said the change brings Milton Keynes into line with Berry Recruitment offices in Northampton, Oxford and the wider Herts, Beds and Bucks area. She highlighted opportunities to share training, knowledge and candidate support across the network.
“One of the benefits of belonging to a national company is that we can liaise with other branches, share best practice and work together for the benefit of all our clients and candidates.”

Filsell said the branch works with corporate head offices and is seeing particular interest in candidates with specialist skills and knowledge of business systems. Its work spans administration, finance, sales, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.
Advice alongside recruitment
The team recently held an HR seminar with solicitors Chartergates and intends to run similar sessions quarterly. Filsell said consultancy and market advice form an important part of its support for employers and candidates.
Lee Gamble, managing director of Berry Recruitment, said the branch’s location made the Berry brand a better fit alongside neighbouring offices.
Why it matters: For local employers, the change creates a consistent regional contact network while the branch continues to offer temporary, permanent and contract recruitment. Its expansion into hospitality also broadens the roles supported locally.
