The job board which focuses on first time, job seeking graduates, graduate-jobs.com, has launched future-talent.com, a similar site to cater for recruiters, employers and organisations that are looking for younger minds with skills and potential.

Employers with apprenticeships, work placements, training schemes and jobs for school and college leavers can advertise on future-talent.com as well as organisations running further study programmes and gap years.

Operations Director Gerry Wyatt explained the purpose behind the new opportunities board: “We have managed to bring a fulfilling service to both graduates and employers with graduate-jobs.com and we realised that a similar model could be of use for those looking for people who have chosen a career path that doesn’t involve university.

“This would include everything from employment opportunities to those that involve skill development like apprenticeships and further study programmes.
