Fountain reinvents the frontline worker hiring funnel with AI: ‘Pool’ and ‘Source’ tools help employers engage with existing talent pools and lower acquisition costs

Fountain, the AI-native platform for managing the global frontline workforce, announced today the launch of Pool and Source, two new capabilities within the company’s Frontline OS.
