Dan McGuire, MD, commented ìThis has been an unprecedented recruitment drive for us. Weíve hired more people in the last few weeks than we had working here 18 months ago but of course these are very exciting times. Weíve promoted a number of people to the management team and have expanded the job board network significantly to incorporate a large number of European job boards. We set out 5 years ago to post the worlds online adverts and that is still our mission. Iíd say weíre in great shape to achieve our objectives over the next three years.î

With 4 years recruitment experience, Alex Hammond joins the team as Alliance Manager establishing and maintaining Broadbeanís relationships with job boards and other technology vendors in the UK and Europe. Natasha Forde and Victoria Kyranidis have joined an expanded Account Management team to handle the increased demand for the companyís job posting and candidate source tracking services whilst Mike Smith and Rahel Ahmed have boosted the job board integrations team.

Matt Wilkinson, Carlo Alboreto and Chris Troth have joined the sales team and Hannah Turnes is a welcome addition to Broadbeanís award winning marketing team. The Canary Wharf firm, who celebrate their 5th birthday this month, have also employed Lauren Knauer as office manager and personal assistant.

This latest news comes shortly after Broadbean announced a 5th successive year of 100% growth in the first half. Broadbean has acquired over 200 new clients in 2007 and continues to boast a 97% client retention rate.
