Robust functionality delivered in easy-to-use, on-demand software enables customers to improve compensation and performance management processes

Salary.com, Inc., a provider of on-demand compensation and talent management solutions, today announced the release of its new user interface with enhanced functionality for its suite of on-demand enterprise software products. Salary.com provides data-rich software and services to help customers automate compensation analytics with CompAnalyst and pay and performance management with TalentManager. This new release enables HR professionals to easily configure the software to manage complex pay and performance programs while providing managers with intuitive web-based navigation and personalization tools to manage the performance and development of their employees.

ìUsing AJAX to enable features like drag and drop menus and column configuration, we are able to give HR administrators the tools they need to customize the interface and reflect internal business processes,î said Mark Albrecht, vice president of talent management solutions for Salary.com. ìThe new UI brings our customers a myriad of technology enhancements, all of which are designed to bridge the gap between the user and the system, and drive enterprise-wide adoption and value. We worked closely with our customers to simplify the workflows that govern complex pay and performance processes, improve overall ease of use and allow for a high level of customization using simple configuration tools all in the usersí control.î

Customers can create custom reports that reflect the needs of their organization, leverage personalized dashboards and gather continuous feedback on employee progress against goals. ìOur new ëtalent cardí functions much like an interactive baseball card where managers can quickly view key employee information and flip over to see the critical ëstatsí important to measuring talent and driving development,î said Albrecht. The newly developed UI improves control of information flow, enabling customers to take advantage of the system's full potential. These additions have been met with very positive reception by customers.

ìThe marketplace is adopting the Salary.com value proposition regarding compensation as the core of an effective talent management strategy,î said Kent Plunkett, founder and chief executive officer for Salary.com. We believe our strategy and product plans position us well to continue to deliver strong but controlled growth.î
