Year-on-year Thorpe Molloy Recruitment of Aberdeen has enjoyed increased turnover. The turnover for 2005/2006 was 5.1 million, a 20% increase on their 2004/2005 year end results and turnover for 2006/2007 has risen by a further 25% to reach 6.4 million. Four new posts have recently been created at the recruitment company to cope with the increased demand on services, which means the team will expand to 25.
Director Karen Molloy said: ìAs we celebrate our tenth anniversary, the company has grown from a turnover of 500,000 in 1997 and is on target to achieve a turnover of over 6.4 million this year. This growth demonstrates our commitment to providing a high quality recruitment service to both candidates and employers.î
The latest figures show a 25% increase on last yearís results and Karen adds: ìOur continued success is thanks to our talented team of consultants. The growth of the company continues as we plan to expand our team to 25 this year with the creation of four new recruitment consultant positions.î
