Convergys Corporation Named to KLDís Domini 400 Social Index

Convergys Corporation, a global leader in customer care, human resources, and billing services, today announced it has been included in KLDís Domini 400 Social Index (DS400), a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted common stock index modeled on the S&P 500 Index.

Launched in 1990, the KLD Domini 400 Social Index consists of 400 U.S. companies that demonstrate leadership in corporate social responsibility.

It is widely used as a financial benchmark for equities and portfolios that exhibit positive social and environmental records.

As of April 2007, DS400 constituents represent nine sectors and over US $6.7 trillion in market capitalization.

The Index holds companies that exhibit positive social and environmental records. KLD evaluates company performance on environment, community relations, diversity, employee relations, human rights, product quality and safety, and corporate governance.

In addition to the recognition by KLD Domini, Convergys has also been a member of the Calvert Social Index since 2002. According to Calvert, this distinction recognizes Convergys' strategic commitment to social issues.

The Calvert Social Index consists of companies that produce safe and beneficial consumer products, strive to protect the environment, engage in fair labor practices, seek a diverse workforce, protect human rights, and are strong corporate citizens.
