Kronos Incorporated, a global provider of human capital management solutions which empowers organizations to effectively manage their workforce, and MrTed, a leading provider of Talent Management Solutions for organizations of all sizes across the world, today announced a strategic alliance in which MrTedTalentLinkô will be the dedicated solution for Kronosí Workforce Acquisition for Corporate Hiring solution.
Under this alliance, Kronos will resell a private label of MrTedTalentlinkô as the salaried talent acquisition component of its Kronos Workforce Acquisitionô suite. The platform will be hosted and maintained by MrTed and will be marketed under the Kronos brand name Workforce Acquisition for Corporate Hiring.
Kronosí selection of the flagship MrTedTalentLink, made after thorough marketplace review, is based on MrTedTalentLinkís flexibility in terms of configurability, functionality, scale and usability, as well as the proven experience of the MrTed organization. The product is compliant with U.S. legislation, and easy to integrate into the clientís environment and Kronosí Workforce Acquisition product suite.

Both parties have invested significant effort and resource in the training and knowledge transfer requisite to a high performance offering. MrTed will double the team size of its U.S. office by the end of the year. Kronos teams will be responsible to sell, implement and support the solution for its clients in the U.S.
