PhotoRecruit launches in a new venture to provide the recruitment industry with its first dedicated professional photographic service.

We believe a professional photo is just one of the things that can help give you an edge over your competitors.

Our parent company Indraccolo Photo was approached by several recruitment agencies who saw the enormous success we had with actors who had a photo session with us and gained significant increases in work as a result. This is because we take the time to get the most out of each client and convey their best qualities in a single image. In response to this demand we now offer a similar service to recruitment agencies, tailored to meet the needs of the professional.

What's in it for the employer:
We are aware that many employers prefer an application with a photograph, just as they prefer to read a neat, smartly designed and complete CV.

Additionally there are some types of jobs that specifically require a professional image for the successful candidate as he or she might be at the forefront of representing the services of a company, just like we would expect a receptionist to have professional telephone manners.

What's in it for the candidate:
This is not a question of being judged by appearances. The right photograph can help distill the qualities the candidate wishes to project and therefore convince potential employers that the He/She is suitable for the job even before the meeting. This considerably increases chances of a successful interview, and also helps to fix a candidate in an employer's mind.

The photo-sessions take place in our studio in central London studio and last approximately 30min. each.

The selected pictures are then retouched and made available to you in whatever format suits your systems. For example, we are able to upload photos automatically onto a private webspace where you can simply drag the picture and drop it onto your applications forms and CV templates in the right size and resolution.
