He also served with Marsh as Vice President and Benefits Practice Leader for its Employee Benefit Services. Hanson has nearly 25 years of experience in benefits consulting practice leadership, client relationship management, strategic planning, sales, and P&L management.
As Market Leader, Hanson is responsible for the Minneapolis officeís financial results, talent management, and coordination of client service delivery.
Hanson graduated from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
