oZZle Partner with Jobtonic

Jobtonic today announced its partner programme and its first job board partner. oZZle.co.uk can now benefit from the referral recruitment model that Jobtonic has built into a viable job board in the UK.

Recruiters posting on this job board will now also have the option to add a referral reward to their vacancies. Vacancies with rewards will benefit from extra exposure on the Jobtonic website. Thanks to a back office integration, Jobtonicís referral technology will power referrals taking place on partner websites.

As well as benefiting from increased exposure for their vacancies, oZZle can also build their own referral communities within their geographic and sector focus areas. Jobtonicís partnership programme is open to forward-looking job boards who are a looking for a differentiator against their competition in a time when it takes a lot to stand out from the crowd in online recruitment.
