Reed Elsevier report first half growth

Reed Elsevier has reported its first half earnings in 2007 rising to $637.4 million from $444.6 million the year before.

The companyís digital and online products now account for 45% of the total revenues, growing by 12%.

The company is reported to be seeking further acquisitions to boost its B2B portfolio.
