The latest independent audit of s1jobs traffic, for May 2007, has recorded a massive increase in unique users on Scotlandís main recruitment platform.
According to ABCE s1jobs attracted 398,166 unique users in May, representing an increase of more than 60,000 users compared with the siteís last audit, in October 2006.
Mark Smith, s1 Managing Director, said: ìWeíre delighted with the result, which shows once again the effectiveness of our continued investment in the brand. To put the figure in context, if you were to extrapolate it across the UK youíd get almost 4 million monthly users, which would make s1jobs the UKís most popular recruitment site, by far. Itís clear that for recruiters in Scotland, no other recruitment media comes close to matching the reach of s1jobs.
ìOf course, quality is more important than quantity which is why we offer a range of attraction and selection tools ñ from applicant tracking and screening to Scotlandís fastest growing CV database ñ to help recruiters zero in on the best candidate. As well as the increase in traffic this year weíve seen massive growth in our CV database, with more than 10,000 new CVs being added in May alone.î
The ABCE audit forms part of the National Online Recruitment Audience Survey, which combines audited traffic figures with detailed demographic profiling of the UKís leading recruitment sites. The full NORAS results will be published in August.
