Bernard Hodes Group's health care division welcomes Pat D'Aurizio to its team

Bernard Hodes Group, a leading provider of integrated talent solutions, has announced the addition of Patricia (Pat) DíAurizio, RN, MPA, CHCR, C.N.A to its award-winning Health Care Division team. DíAurizio will be based out of New Jersey, and will be responsible for Hodes healthcare clients based in the Northeast region.

ìThe addition of Pat will reinforce Hodesí presence in the health care recruitment communications arena,î said Karen Hart, senior vice president, Hodes Health Care Division. ìHer expertise in the area of health care recruitment will truly impact our already strong team, and provides us with more depth in the Northeast region.î

DíAurizio, whose extensive knowledge of health care recruitment comes from many years of experience as a director of recruitment for a variety of hospitals and health care facilities, will provide consultation regarding Hodesí myriad of recruitment solutions for clients in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Hodes, DíAurizio was regional director of employment and recruitment for Novant Health in Winston-Salem, NC. While with Novant, she was instrumental in the incorporation of the systemís recruitment and hiring function as a strategic business partner, and developed a recruitment program for foreign nurses, pharmacists and physical therapists. Additionally, DíAurizio streamlined the area of employment to better work with other business unit leaders in the system. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Bernard Hodes Groupís Health Care Division is anchored by a team of RNs who share health care recruitment and human resources experience. Among the solutions provided by the group are mystery shops, recruitment/retention assessment and planning, recruiter and hiring manager training, physician recruitment, and health care research to name a few.
