PayGlobal fired-up for second HRSS visit

PayGlobal, the only integrated solution for all six people management processes, comes to this yearís HR Software Show (HRSS, 22-23 June, Olympia, London), with several new UK customers. The company finalised its first major UK sale just months after exhibiting at HRSS for the first time and is continuing to create a strong foothold.



PayGlobal UK manager, Grant Taylor, says exhibiting at last yearís HR Software Show paid early dividends.

ìLast yearís HRSS enabled us to demonstrate our software to some great companies, so we were able to create a healthy pipeline of customers. Since that time, weíve successfully implemented our software in several organisations, where HR people love its scope, usability and the fact that they can choose exactly the right people management processes for their needs.î

Mr Taylor says another factor in the productís favour is its flexible design structure, which allows consultants to configure payment and award rules without hard coding.

ìThis approach means that we can prove the concept of the product in a sales situation. Prospects have given us examples of their most complex payment/award rules and we have been able to show in product demonstrations how the software can handle their particular needs.î

PayGlobal entered the United Kingdom in mid-2003, establishing an office in Reading to support UK clients that are subsidiaries of Australasian companies using the PayGlobal system. It was a major international expansion for the company, which has been hugely successful in both the New Zealand and Australian markets. In New Zealand it has more than 30% of its target market.

PayGlobal was named NZ Microsoft Software Company of the Year 2004. It is the second year in a row that the company has won the award.
