Search Consultancy picks up ten yeah achievement award

Search Consultancy was the only recruitment consultancy to pick up a prestigious ten year Achievement Award from Investors in People Scotland, at a recent event in Edinburgh.

Over 40 companies, public agencies and voluntary organisations were awarded the ten year Achievement Award for their continued commitment to building on their employeesí skills.

The winners collected their awards at an evening event at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, hosted by broadcaster Sally Magnusson, with guest speaker, four-times Olympic gold medallist, Sir Matthew Pinsent.

The Investors in People Standard provides a national framework for improving business performance and competitiveness. The Standard focuses on good practice in areas such as communication, planning, training, performance reviews and management effectiveness. Ten Year Achievement Awards were presented to organisations that were recognised as Investors in People a decade ago, and have continued to build on all aspects of people management and development.
