Andy Gili has joined Buck Consultants as Vice President Global Sales Operations

Gili joins Buck from Ceridian Benefits Services, where he served as a Sales Operations Consultant.

Giliís expertise includes complex sales delivery strategies, operational infrastructure, marketing, price management, and prospect evaluation. His focus will be on the management and implementation of programs to support revenue growth. His responsibilities will include account planning, qualification procedures, strategy processes, and pipeline/forecasting management.

Gili received his bachelorís degree from Washington State University.
