Zubka recruits

Zubka has announced the appointment of Colin Minto, formerly Managing Director of the Recruitment & Employment Confederationís (REC) technology subsidiary and acting Technology Director. Colin has joined Zubka as a sales consultant to champion the Zubka vision and opportunity within both traditional and online recruitment.

Colin will work with Zubka in addition to his role as director of Bornto, the recruitment industry technology consultancy.

Colinís role as Managing Director at the RECís technology subsidiary saw him develop the first widely used platform that protected candidates from ID fraud, assisting over 600 clients in its first year. His additional responsibility as technology advisor to the executives and board of the UKís recruitment industry trade association brought an additional layer of expertise to the organisation, which in turn provided invaluable advice to REC members looking to capture and incorporate the latest advancements in technology.
