Managing Director Patrick Eve says ìThis is a very exciting opportunity for us to enter into this demanding market with a strong competitive edge: innovative tools, top-notch quality control and advanced processes. We are proud to be the fourth UK-based agency to be awarded BS EN 15038: 2006, the first European standard to define quality assurance guidelines for translation service providers. Our unique web-based technology platform optimizes the delivery fast, accurate and cost effective translations services and i am confident that we will respond to the high demands of French companiesî.

ìOur research found that existing translation providers often took too long to respond, and were generally not in touch with their clientsí requirements and working methodsî, says Patrick. ìWe therefore positioned TranslateMedia to satisfy the requirements of business in the 21st centuryî.

Regional Manager Cdric Naintr says ìThe French market is distributed amongst very small translations agencies, with an average of 7 employees and in many cases outdated services in our digital time. We see a need from large corporations to deal with the highest quality service available on the market. We think that TranslateMedia France can fill the gap!î

According to Operations Manager, Matt Train, ìOur technology has been developed for use by everyone in the translation process to facilitate a quick and efficient service. Our platform is like a Command and Control centre, enabling our client to receive real time information on their jobs, and delivering top quality service at a surprising speed. Achieving, and in many cases surpassing, the requirements of the British Standard reflects the outstanding competence of our internal processes, as well as our commitment to providing a quality service.î
