TheLadders.co.uk strengthens its UK team with two new appointments

TheLadders.co.uk the UKís leading online recruitment site for senior executives has strengthened its team with the appointments of Paul Jordan as Head of Sales and Lesley Munoz as Finance Manager Europe.

TheLadders.co.uk which specialises in career services and positions for the 50k job market has appointed Jordan to head up the sales team and accelerate the next stage of TheLadders.co.uk business growth. Jordan joins TheLadders.co.uk from ITvacancies.com where he oversaw the companyís development and built up the sales team over the last 2 and a half years and prior to that was at Hotjobs for 5 years. Jordan started his career at Prudential where he went on to hold various sales and recruitment positions.

Munoz has been brought on board to head up TheLaddersí European Finance department handling all aspects of the companyís financial budgeting and management of its accounts. Munoz takes up her new role after having spent over 15 years working for ROC Recruitment Ltd with the last 8 years as Finance Director.
