New research provides employers with key insights into talent acquisition best practices

Cytiva Software Inc, a leading provider of on-demand talent management software solutions, announced today that the company is sponsoring a landmark study by AberdeenGroup. The goal of the report is to determine how companies are adopting and adapting talent acquisition strategies in order to gain recruiting efficiencies, achieve differentiated value and win the global war for talent.

Recent Aberdeen research has revealed that 90% of Best in Class companies have aligned talent acquisition to their companyís overall strategic plan, yet 64% of all companies feel pressure to find faster and easier ways to populate their databases with a qualified pool of talent.

By redefining the talent recruitment process to include HR, Marketing and LOB managers, and by proactively communicating with prospective talent, companies will be more productive and efficient in job sourcing, and will achieve greater success in attracting and hiring the ìbestî candidates.
