Specialist market research, marketing discipline and creative industries recruiter, RPCushing Recruitment, has appointed Teresa Hallett to a new role of Sales Director. She joins the company from Love and Tate where she was previously Operations Director.
Teresa has more than 20 yearsí experience of recruitment management at leading UK agencies, including Hamlin Knight where she was both Director and Co-Founder, Office Angels, Crown Personnel, Robert Half International and Adecco.
In her new role, Teresa will work alongside the senior management team at RPCushing Recruitment to maximise growth opportunities and help the company achieve its ambitious revenue and profit targets. In particular, she will develop training programmes to improve sales techniques and awareness amongst employees, identify new strategic markets for the company and research potential new revenue streams.
