Ricky Gervais, star of The Office, is appearing in a cinema commercial for Jobability.com, the UK's employment site for disabled jobseekers. Jobability is a joint project between Totaljobs.com, Microsoft, and disability charity
Leonard Cheshire and gives the one million unemployed disabled people in the UK an opportunity to find a job.
