Resume Mirror, Inc., announce the launch of its Enterprise Applicant Services (EAS) business

.

VANCOUVER, B.C., June 14, 2005 - Resume Mirror, Inc., a provider of recruiting technology software components and online applicant processing services, today announced the launch of its Enterprise Applicant Services (EAS) business. EAS is positioned to deliver highly efficient and cost effective web-based resume processing solutions to the corporate marketplace using candidate management software applications.

EASí flagship product, Enterprise Applicant Manager (EAM), offers three resume processing modules that plug into current candidate management applications. The first delivers recruitment and selection web services for electronic (web forms/email) resumes, and the second for hard-copy (paper/fax) resume and application processing at rates sure well below current industry norms.

The third EAM application module is the plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 2003 that enables recruiters and hiring managers to process any resume in their inbox with a single mouse click. Itís as simple as: 1. the recruiter/hiring manager selects a resume in their inbox, 2. then clicks the EAM button in their Outlook toolbar, and 3. the jobseeker data is automatically extracted and then used to create the applicant record in the companyís candidate management database.

For organizations and their recruiters/hiring managers who receive the majority of in-bound resumes via email, the email module within EAM greatly enhances overall productivity by simplifying the process of capturing resume data, reducing resume processing time, ensuring resumes donít get lost in the email system and jobseeker data is quickly transformed into an applicant record within the organizationís candidate database. This yields a higher quality and more complete candidate pool for the organization, and ultimately, quicker cycle time of presenting candidates to the hiring manager for consideration.

ìCurrent customers have stated the email module within EAM is a tremendously valuable solution that solves many of the issues associated with email based resume management,î said Don Darrah, Vice President, EAS for Resume Mirror. ìOur solutions also fill identified functional gaps and deliver significant value in optimizing the performance of existing HRIS, HRMS and ATS applications. EAM is already shipping, and we have successfully implemented it for several customers, which are realizing the planned productivity and financial benefits.î

EAM is specifically designed to enable customers to get more value from their existing recruiting applications by improving the user experience for job seekers, reducing recruiter workloads and significantly cutting outsourced resume and application processing costs. The single application interface provides EAM users with the ability to enhance front-end hiring processes by capturing more qualified candidates, streamlining incoming jobseeker data and automating applicant responses according to user-defined preferences. EAMís web services architecture also allows for the addition of other recruitment-centric web services and selected third party vendor integration with candidate management solutions, making the system extensible and modular to address other functional processes in the selection and hiring process.
