Recruitment without the middlemen

A new concept in online recruitment

A revolution in recruitment has arrived in the form of new online job site, recruiTT.com. For the first time, employers from all sectors will be able to receive CVs from only the most suitable candidates by conducting the first stage of the interview process online. recruiTT, which launches on Tuesday 30 October, will also allow candidates to bypass recruitment agencies by applying directly to the decision maker, receiving immediate responses without having to attend needless interviews. To celebrate the website’s launch, recruiTT is offering all employers free unlimited job postings until the end of December 2007.

Benefiting both companies and job hunters, recruiTT will allow employers to create job advertisements and set online interviews using the unique recruiTT system, saving companies the cost of hiring recruitment agencies to search for potential employees and speeding the process up for candidates.

With recruiTT, candidates will experience quick and easy interviews online from the comfort of their own homes, making applying for a job a much simpler and less stressful experience. recruiTT will then automatically filter the applicants and only provide employers with the CVs of successful candidates, allowing job hunters to stand out from the usual busy crowd. From January 2008, recruiTT will introduce a brand new ’Pay-Per-CV’ system, where employers will only be charged one low price per CV received, rather than the high upfront fee usually adopted by recruitment websites.

recruiTT’s unique functionality will also allow candidates to hide their details from nominated employers, eliminating the risk of CVs being made visible to current employers, which can often occur with online recruitment.

recruiTT will also encourage employers to care for the environment as cutting out travel to unnecessary interviews will save significant emissions, equivalent to those released by flying from London to New York over 200 times each year.

recruiTT, which has been 18 months in development, is the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs - Wayne Snyder and Jeremy Cohen - who tired of the usual recruitment process and decided to create a much simpler and more cost effective system for both employers and job hunters alike. Previously management consultants working within many large blue chip companies, including Tesco and Sainsburys, Snyder and Cohen, both aged 35, chose to apply their extensive experience to this new and exciting venture, which they believe will revolutionise the recruitment industry and provide a better service for all parties.
