Programme starts through REC for potential recruitment leaders

Potential inspirational leaders within the recruitment industry are being sought by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) for a new programme starting next month (October).

The programme, Become an Extraordinary Leader, is being held in London. This four day programme over six weeks is specifically for recruiters whose responsibility is the direct leadership and management of others.

Lauren King, the RECís Training Manager, said: ìThe main goals of the course are to enable new and experienced recruitment managers to motivate and inspire higher levels of performance from staff through personal, team and organisational objectives.

ìThis is the third such programme we have organised and we hope it will help managers again within the recruitment industry to develop their own individual business plans tailored to tackle the challenges their own companies and agencies face.î
