Penna Bolsters Executive Search Arm

Penna announced today that it has expanded its Executive Search division with the appointment of Mary Lawrance as Head of Technology & Professional Services Sector and Gail Darcy as Research Associate. The appointments highlight Pennaís intent to grow and increase the strength of its offering in the International Executive Search market.

Mary Lawrance specialises in senior and board level executive search. Before joining Penna she was a successful consultant within the Technology and Professional Services Practice of Heidrick and Struggles and prior to that, Head of Technology Sector, Europe, for the Alexander Hughes Group (AEA International Search), responsible for 18 countries.

Mary Lawrance will be supporting Diana Haddad, Head of Executive Search, placing top level executives with salaries upwards of 200,000. She will also be working alongside Catherine Ceva, Head of Consumer and Luxury Goods Sectors. Gail Darcy, formerly at Harvey Nash, has also been appointed by Penna to support Lawrance, Ceva and Haddad in building a network of contacts and sources.

Pennaís Executive Search arm is in a unique position as it can draw on the support of Pennaís other Human Capital Management services such as management coaching and leadership, which can provide real added value to clients.
