Graduate recruitment and sales training firm, Pareto Law, has hired Gemma Lockett to run its fast-track sales induction programme. Gemma (age 25) joins Pareto from LBM Direct Marketing where she spent three years in sales and training management.
The Pareto Academy is a new intensive nine-week sales development programme which gives trainees exposure to both the graduate management and direct client sales areas of Paretoís business.
In her new role, Gemma will be responsible for the induction of trainees into the Academy as well as charting their progress through the programme of seminars, practicals, one-to-one coaching and role-play, through to eventual placement at one of Paretoís seven regional offices.
