Skills assessment and training systems company Skillsarena has recruited a new account manager to join the team at its headquarters in Little Braxted to help clients with their day-to-day training needs.
Skillsarena, which creates skills testing, training and communications systems for multinational HR departments, as well as the recruitment industry, has recently taken on Faye Copsey, to lead its dedicated account management team.
Faye, 23 from Tiptree, will respond to client enquiries, renew annual subscriptions and undertake client visits across the UK.
She said: ìMy background in estate agency has taught me valuable lessons in the importance of customer service. My new role will be challenging due to the different requirements that our clients have. Many of the packages we provide are bespoke to each company so my responsibility will be to ensure that what we offer meets their changing needs and brings a significant return on investment.
ìIn addition, the face to face contact enables me to influence the on-going development portfolio of new tests, in response to customer feedback and comments.î

Its packages provide skills testing and analysis for new recruits, in addition to bench marking, training, communication and motivation for existing staff.
