This year financially we have had a record year, we have finalised our accounts and have recorded revenues in excess of 3.3 million; 1 million more than the previous year. We have built on what we are good at, offering clients an exceptional service, setting expectations and over achieving, and most of all offering value with results!î

networx services are constantly improving, this is down to their people, listening to them and listening to their clients. Their client base has increased dramatically, over the last three years they have sustained repeat business equating to 70% of their revenues, Andy Pierson, Director commented:
ìSince the beginning we have approached the market looking for repeat business, the only way this can be achieved is by recruiting the best, paying them well and working as a partnership with our clients, this is what gets results for all parties and this is where we are seeing client loyalty. This year over 2 million of our revenues was from repeat business, which speaks volumes! Since the beginning and to this day we have always seen the traditional recruitment agencies as our direct competitors, there are a few small reseller companies, which we believe are not always approaching the market in the same way as we do. Obviously with the recent publicity regarding the economic climate, things will change, the next 18 months to 2 years are going to be a big test for every company not just recruitment companies, only the strong will survive and networx will certainly be one of the strong!î
networx have already seen an excellent start to their financial year and believe strongly that they can capitalise on last years revenues in a difficult economic market. This year networx will be launching new service offerings and developments have started on their systems offering, and also their internal sales system will be upgraded to web2 technology, which will help their twenty five strong sales force.
