Harnessing Monster's expertise in efficient and effective search and Bullhorn's leading staffing and recruiting front office, PowerSource combines real-time posting, shared apply and integrated resume search to enable faster, better quality placements. PowerSource is available immediately from Bullhorn and Monster.

Shared Apply: Seekers are able to effortlessly apply to a job using either the quick apply or by selecting their resume. Recruiters receive the seeker's application within minutes directly through Bullhorn.

Integrated Resume Search: Recruiters are able to find the right candidates fast by searching their own private Bullhorn database and Monster's repository of jobs, selecting the resumes that best fit their open positions quickly and efficiently without ever leaving Bullhorn.
