Maximus becomes first recruitment agency admitted to professional association

Maximus Construction has become the first recruitment agency to be admitted as a member of the Association of Interior Specialists (AIS), the trade association for companies involved in the manufacture, supply and installation of interior fit-outs and refurbishments. As the AISís Robert Barker puts it, ìIt made perfect sense for Maximus to become a member of the AIS as their business is the supply of highly competent and skilled labour to quality commercial interior contractors.î

Part of the Maximus group of specialist recruitment companies, Maximus Construction focuses on the sourcing of permanent and contract staff across the UK interiors sector and already works with many of the major players across the country. ìThe recent report from the Association of Consultancy and Engineering has shown that many agencies in the construction industry are falling short in terms of service to both clients and candidates,î says Mark Ayres, who heads up the trade recruitment division at Maximus. ìIn the light of this weíre particularly pleased to have passed the AISís rigorous vetting procedure to become their very first member from the recruitment sector.
