The project saw the creation of 9 job boards within existing RBI.NL publication sites, indicating a definite maturing of the European online recruitment market.
Previously the market has been monopolised by large, generic job sites but the significant step of an established European publisher creating these specialist niche sites, paves the way for a more relevant, specialist and knowledgeable online recruitment community.
Specialist recruitment sites generally enjoy better response rates to advertisements as specific recruiters and job seekers can more easily find each other in smaller, more personal communities.
The project establishes Madgexís global credentials in being able to deliver online recruitment platforms in multiple languages, for differing types of user groups.
