Linda Ulrich has joined Buck Consultants as a Director in its Secaucus, N.J. office

Ulrich joins Buck from MassMutual Financial Group, where she served as Director of Compensation for its U.S. Insurance Group.

Ulrichís consulting expertise covers the full range of employee rewards issues including executive and broad-based employee compensation plan design, competitive assessments, job evaluation systems, sales incentives, surveys, and performance measurement for all employee groups. She has also worked with senior management to develop pay strategies that align with and support business objectives.

Ulrich graduated from Georgian Court University (N.J.) with high honors. She also attended Sorbonne, Paris, the Universite de Tours, Tours, France, and New York University.
