Kinetic announced as finalist at Jobsite RecruitRank Awards for second year running

The Search and Selection division of Kinetic plc, the Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical recruitment specialists, have, for the second year running been confirmed as a finalist at the National Jobsite RecruitRank Awards 2007.

Having previously attended the 2006 Awards as a top-ten Company for the Best Candidate Communication category, the announcement of being nominated for four categories (Best Candidate Communication, Best Understanding of Candidate Needs, Best Industry Knowledge and Most Improved Recruiter) at the 2007 Awards certainly highlights the Companyís commitment to assisting candidates secure their next career move in the Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical industries.

In their second year now, Jobsiteís RecruitRank Awards recognise best practice and quality customer service in recruitment agencies and are the only accolades in the industry where finalists and winners are chosen by the feedback from job seeking candidates and not a panel of industry judges.

Launched by leading online recruiter Jobsite (www.jobsite.co.uk) in November 2005 with the aim of decreasing candidate job hunting frustrations and raising standards in the industry, RecruitRank tiers recruitment agencies based on the experiences jobseekers had when dealing with the organisations. It allows candidates to feedback anonymously on the quality of an agencyís service after they have applied for a vacancy advertised by them on Jobsite. Recruiters have personal, private access to this essential customer feedback and it enables them to monitor and, if necessary, improve their service offering. The finalists within each category were selected through a culmination of this feedback from almost 40,000 candidates in a 12 month period.
