The Award recognizes Philadelphia area companies that have at least 25 percent or more women on their corporate boards.

The FOEW promotes the advancement of professional women in the Greater Philadelphia by actively supporting an increased leadership role for women in the public, private and non-profit sectors, and recognizes companies that exhibit the same values and initiatives.
