KellyOCG Announces Advanced RPO

KellyOCG, the Outsourcing and Consulting Group of global business provider Kelly Services, Inc., today announced a joint initiative with IBM in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) arena.

The Advanced RPO collaboration between KellyOCG and IBM is a unique global offering designed for multinational companies. Advanced RPO deploys a centralized-decentralized service delivery model for recruitment. Operations are centralized into Shared Service Centers whenever possible to allow cost-effective delivery while maintaining a high level of quality.
