Kate Donaghy to head up the Penna Senior Directorsí Unit

Penna Consulting has appointed headhunter Kate Donaghy to lead the Board level transition and career advisory practice ñ The Senior Directorsí Unit.

Prior to joining, Kate was running her own search business, Donaghy Palamara & Co, working with clients in the retail, retail financial services and HR services sectors. Previously she was Managing Director of Richer Consulting, having trained as a search consultant at Whitehead Mann and been a Partner with Richmond & Co.

Of her new role, Kate said,
