Jorge Font has joined Buck Consultants

Jorge Font has joined Buck Consultants as a Principal and leader of its Houston office Health and Productivity consulting practice.

Prior to joining Buck, Font was a Senior Vice President with Aon Corporation.

With more than 24 years of experience in the employee benefits field, Font has worked with multinational corporations, state governments, business coalitions, national managed health care organizations, and international health care payers, and has expertise in employee benefits design, financing, and management. He also is the current president of the Southwest Benefits Association.

Font received his bachelorís degree from Wake Forest University and a masterís degree from the University of Tennessee. He has been a contributing author in several benefits publications, including the Journal of Health and Productivity. He is a frequent speaker at industry events.
