Jobsinís expansion strategy - 12/2001

WebSalvo has been acquired by Jobsin.co.uk as part of their expansion strategy

WebSalvoís expertise is in ëmulti-postingí ñ their software enables you to post a job advert once and have it automatically sent to a range of media including niche and general job boards, local radio, all major digital tv platforms, Job Centres and a host of trade and professional body websites. In addition to facilitating effective and efficient access to a large labour pool, WebSalvo offers its customers the ability to build their own searchable candidate database. It is able to integrate with many established back-end HR software offerings.

Jobsin managing director Gary Beresford said: ìWe intend to continue to enhance the WebSalvo service to maintain its premier position in its market place. For example, one of our first steps has been to relocate the servers to a Tier 1 ISP, thus providing increased security and reliability for our customers business critical systems.î
Jobsin ñ which describes itself as an Internet based recruitment solutions provider - is seeking other suitable companies to integrate into the group, as well as co-operation deals with other related software and job board businesses.

ìIn todayís economic climate, co-operation is better than competition, although there is some excellent value out there to be harvested by those looking for acquisitions,î said Mr Beresford.

ìCompanies are understandably feeling a little cautious now, and caution can act as the catalyst to cut excess costs out of a business. That is where we have a role ñ sharing marketing and IT costs, and making our partners more efficient and effective,î said Mr Beresford.
