Registering over 100 senior level management assignments in their first quarter and with backing from some of the UKís top construction firms, the newly launched Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is the fastest growing operation of its kind in the construction sector, say industry observers.
Backed by a consortium of private investors, MRG launched with a brief to search for the brightest professionals in the UK and to place them with firms hungry for talent, as the booming industry continues to develop. The original 8 person team at MRG has now doubled to 16 after the first quarter and are working on assignments from key clients in both the UK and overseas.
Recent new faces at MRG include:
Matt Bray who joins the company with over 10 years experience in recruitment across the Construction Management field. He comes from Resource Solutions, market leader in infrastructure recruitment outsourcing solutions, and has previously worked with leading recruitment company, Hays Plc.
Chris Pucci has been appointed after previously working with SIV and in Search and Selection in the wider built environment industry. He brings over 10 years of extensive experience within the Design and Property and Technical Recruitment arena.
