JobPositive launch a new version of software for recruiters

Recruitment website specialists JobPositiveô have launched a new version of their software to further ease the burden of recruitment.

JobPositiveô v3 includes a number of new features, including Vacancy Assessment and Management, an Intelligent Search System and an improved pre-screening facility.

JobPositiveô v3 includes everything its predecessor did, and offers a range of improvements for those posting and managing vacancies. HR users can now search for candidates/registered users under a wider range of criteria, including skills, sectors, location and salary. There is also an Intelligent Search system, which takes advantage of the latest artificial technology to search CVís.

Recruiters can create online shortlists, add notes, assess applications received and connect instantly with potential candidates. They can also manage their vacancies more effectively, as they can see at a glance which are about to expire and which need amending. New and multiple vacancies can be downloaded with just a click of a button.

Candidates also benefit from the new version. It is now easier for them to update their details and CVís, view their application history and remove themselves from the database. They receive automatic email updates, including quarterly ones encouraging them to update their details or de-register.
