With growing global demand for people relationship management (PRM) solutions, Jobpartners, the European leader of software solutions dedicated to the PRM market, is delighted to announce that it has achieved a 40% increase in Sales Bookings reaching Ä18 M for its fiscal year ending March 2007, and over Ä1.8 M EBITDA.
Major customer wins such as adidas Group, NFUM, Sodexho, Credit Agricole, Messier Dowty, Mecaplast Group and Trumpf, have helped Jobpartners to achieve outstanding success and strengthen its customer base. In the last year, this extensive success has been recognised by the Sunday Times, which listed Jobpartners in the top 50 of its Tech Track 100, and Real Business magazine which ranked Jobpartners as the tenth fastest growing company in the UK. Jobpartners was also ranked third in the Deloitte Fast 50 in the UK and Ireland, and eleventh in the Deloitte Fast 500 in EMEA.
ìThe inability to attract and retain talent is now one of the biggest threats to a business, which means talent management remains a critical issue on the CEOís agenda,î commented Xavier Marchioni, CEO of Jobpartners. ìOrganisations are increasingly looking for effective solutions to help them manage the entire talent management process from recruitment to career development to succession planning, which is pushing the high demand for our software.î
To support the past yearís strong business growth, Jobpartners launched a major new worldwide recruitment campaign to fill a variety of positions at every level across the company including senior executives, and has significantly increased its size over the past year. Jobpartners intends to increase its workforce to nearly 120 employees by the end of March 2008. The company has also opened a sales subsidiary in Belgium in order to expand its presence in Europe and to forge closer relationships with its current customers, and has established a development centre in Poland to ensure Jobpartners remains at the forefront of innovation.
Included in the list of Jobpartnersí impressive new customer wins is Sodexho, which has moved recruitment in-house with the implementation of ActiveRecruiter across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Sodexho anticipates that the solution will greatly increase the efficiency of the recruitment process, help cut costs, and improve internal mobility. Other major customers have increased their commitment to Jobpartners through long-term contract renewals and the implementation of additional solutions from the company. High customer satisfaction has enabled Jobpartners to deploy additional solutions on existing accounts. This upselling strategy will continue to be an important driver of Jobpartnersí growth in the coming years.
ìThe number of major new customers and renewals we have received in the past year demonstrates the excellent level of satisfaction and commitment we have achieved with our customers,î commented Xavier Marchioni. ìWe will continue to innovate and develop cutting edge solutions, and improve current solutions to meet market demand.î
