Ms. Floren will be presenting, ìHow searching for soft skills finds the best candidates.î

As Ms. Floren explains ìAn impressive resume should be a telltale sign of a perfect candidate -- but what if that candidate can't communicate well, has vast academic experience but no work experience? ëSoft skills,í like a person's listening and interpersonal skills are vital to evaluating a job prospect. Itís difficult to sift through many candidates to find the ones you want to focus on, but there are innovative ways to pinpoint a great candidate using new web technology.î

This presentation will show recruiters how to find candidates using broader considerations for relevant attributes, and in particular, how this can be done very effectively and efficiently via online recruiter-candidate communities and interaction.
