Investment in growth pays off for right4staff

right4staff has announced an increase in sales revenue of 25% across the Group

Following the implementation of a number of key business initiatives, leading independent recruitment company right4staff has announced an increase in sales revenue of 25% across the Group. Jess Watts, CEO at right4staff who joined the company 12 months ago, explains:

ìLast year we launched a number of new initiatives designed to drive the business forward and we are beginning to reap the benefits. As a result sales visits have more than doubled and revenue from new accounts more than tripled compared with last year. In addition we have seen revenue from permanent recruitment clients grow by 69% as we have provided our teams with the resources to operate confidently in this area.

ìOur driver recruitment business, Protemp4Logistics is seeing strong improvements with sales up compared with last year and we now have contracts in place with many key third party logistics operators. Our Site Managed Services business, which offers bespoke recruitment, staffing and workforce management provided on a clientís own premises, also continues to thrive as customers start to better understand the benefits of this model. These include increased productivity and a reduction in absenteeism.

ìWe have also put in place measures to address the unacceptably high level of staff turnover that characterises this industry. And, whilst we at right4staff have a better record than most, we took the decision to invest in our people in terms of training and development which will I believe generate a high level of loyalty and a better customer offering. Already we are seeing a substantial drop in staff turnover of nearly 40% in the past 6 months. This I believe will be vital to our ongoing success moving forward.
