idibu ironman attempts Barcelona Triathlon

idibu's Account Director Martin Bramall will be a familiar name to a number of you and although he may not sound it over the phone he is in fact a formidable athletic specimen. To prove this he will be taking part in the Barcelona Triathlon this coming Sunday 5th October.

Setting off at 11.30am he will be hoping to break the 2 day, sorry 2 hour mark as he attempts a 750m open water swim, a 20km bike ride and a 5km run.

As well as running for pride, Martin is also competing for Wigan & Leigh Hospice http://www.wiganandleighhospice.org.uk. As a Northerner whose mother works for the organisation he's familiar with the great work they do in the area and the struggle they have each year to raise 2million of the near 3million they require to survive.
