Comprehensive, regional annual program will provide scorecards and comparative data for companies committed to measuring the effectiveness of their Human Capital
May 17, 2005 Aurora, ON. HR.com(TM), the largest research and Web destination for HR Executives, today announced that they have formed a partnership with the Tampa Tribune to launch the Employers of Excellence Program. The Employers of Excellence Program is an Employer Productivity and Improvement Program based on benchmark data, research and peer-to-peer collaboration.
The partnership will also include the following:
A co-branded portal driving local content, best practices and research to the desktops of local employers in their respective markets, and
A series of online webcasts that will help HR professionals share best practices and learn about leading-edge opportunities.
At the conclusion of the program, the Tampa Tribune will publish the results, acknowledging whom the overall winners are in the various categories, in a special supplement running September 2005. In addition, an Employers of Excellence conference and awards dinner will be held the following week to honor all the winners.
