Key Speaker:
Brett Minchington MBA, is the Managing Director of Collective Learning Australia and co-founding partner of the Employer Brand Institute an International network of Associates who provide research, guidance and thought leadership to organizations in Employer Brand Leadership.

Specializing in employer brand auditing, research, strategy and publishing, Brett has most recently consulted to and shared best practice with firms in Australia, NZ, Singapore, Italy and London. His 2007/2008 global tour includes Australia, Italy, London, New Zealand, Dubai, Singapore and USA.

Brettís research and methodology is focused on identifying the key drivers of employer branding in organisations and how successful firms are leveraging people, technology and processes for competitive advantage in the face of increasingly challenging market forces.

Brettís thought leadership in employer branding led him to author ìYour Employer Brand attract-engage-retain,î the first book on the topic by an Australian author and second in the world. A topic high on the corporate agenda the book has since been sold in over 20 countries including UK, USA, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Canada, South Africa, and Belgium.
